About ARCTopup

A digital top-up store built around one promise: you pay, and the credit lands in your account minutes later.

ARCTOPUP LIMITED · Hong Kong

The short version

ARCTopup is operated by ARCTOPUP LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. We sell one thing — digital top-up value for games and live streaming apps — and we try to be very good at it.

There is no shopping cart full of unrelated products, no physical warehouse, and no shipping courier. You pick a game, tell us where to send the credit, pay, and the order settles automatically. Most of what follows on this page is simply an explanation of how that works and what stands behind it.

What you can top up here

Our catalogue is organised around the accounts people actually recharge, not around publishers or regions:

  • Mobile battle royale and shooters — PUBG Mobile UC, Free Fire diamonds, Call of Duty Mobile CP and similar in-game currencies.
  • MOBA, RPG and gacha titles — Mobile Legends diamonds, Genshin Impact Genesis Crystals, Honkai: Star Rail Oneiric Shards, Wuthering Waves and others.
  • Live streaming and social apps — Bigo Live diamonds, Poppo Live coins, Chamet credits and comparable gifting currencies.
  • Prepaid gift cards and platform wallets — codes you redeem yourself instead of an account top-up.

The full, current list always lives on arctopup.com. We add titles when supply is stable enough to deliver them reliably, and we pull them when it is not — an out-of-stock listing helps nobody.

How an order actually runs

  1. Pick the product and the amount. Denominations are listed exactly as the publisher sells them, so what you see is what arrives in your account.
  2. Tell us where it goes. For direct top-ups that means your Player ID, UID or account name — sometimes with a server or region. For gift cards there is nothing to enter; the code comes to you.
  3. Pay. Cards, e-wallets, local bank rails and major cryptocurrencies are all supported. The checkout only shows the methods that work for your currency and region.
  4. Wait a few minutes. Once payment clears, the order is queued with the supply channel and normally completes within a handful of minutes. You get an email when it is done, and the order page shows live status the whole time.
Direct top-ups are irreversible once delivered, so the ID you enter matters more than anything else on the checkout page. Copy it from inside the game rather than typing it from memory.

Paying the way you already pay

Payment coverage is the part of a top-up store that quietly decides whether it is usable at all. Someone in Jakarta and someone in Warsaw do not reach for the same button, so we support more than fifty methods and let the checkout decide which ones to surface.

That includes international cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, regional e-wallets, direct bank transfers, and cryptocurrency for customers who prefer to settle in USDT or another major coin. Prices are shown in your selected currency, converted at the rate in force when you open the page.

Why orders sometimes get checked

Digital goods delivered in minutes are attractive to people using stolen payment credentials, so a small share of orders is held for review before it is released. That review is automated in most cases and adds a few minutes at worst.

If we need something from you — usually a payment confirmation or proof that the card belongs to you — support will email the address on the order. Orders we cannot clear are cancelled and refunded in full rather than delivered. It is a deliberate trade: a short delay for a few customers is better than chargeback losses funded by everyone else.

Getting help from a human

Support runs continuously, including weekends and public holidays, because a stuck top-up at 3 a.m. is still a stuck top-up. The live chat widget on the site is the quickest route; email at [email protected] reaches the same team.

When something goes wrong, include your order number in the first message. It saves an entire round trip and is usually enough for us to see exactly where the order stopped.
