Terms of Service
The agreement between you and ARCTOPUP LIMITED. Placing an order means you accept it, so it is worth the ten minutes.
Effective 27 July 2026 · ARCTOPUP LIMITED
1. Who this agreement is between
These Terms form a binding contract between you and ARCTOPUP LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong, in respect of arctopup.com and every service offered through it.
You accept these Terms by creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the platform. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or of the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Words used in these Terms
- Platform — the arctopup.com website and any related interface we operate.
- Product — any digital item sold on the Platform, including in-game currency, app credits, gift card codes and vouchers.
- Direct top-up — a Product credited by us straight into a game or app account you identify.
- Code delivery — a Product supplied as a redeemable code rather than an account credit.
- Account Identifier — the Player ID, UID, username, server or region you supply so we know where to deliver.
- Order — your request to buy a Product at the price shown at checkout.
3. Your account
You may browse and buy as a guest, but an account keeps your history and speeds up support.
- Give accurate registration details and keep them current.
- Keep your password confidential. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bypass limits or evade a suspension is a breach of these Terms.
- Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that we reasonably believe is involved in fraud, or that we are required to restrict by law. Where we do so and value is legitimately owed to you, we will return it.
4. What we sell — and what we are not
ARCTopup is an authorised reseller of digital top-up value. We are not the developer, publisher or operator of the games and applications the value is spent in, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Product and company names on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify what is on sale.
Because of that, your relationship with a publisher — including their terms of service, their rules on third-party purchases, and any action they take against your account — is between you and them. A completed delivery from us is not affected by a later publisher decision.
Product availability, pricing and regional coverage can change without notice. We may withdraw a Product at any time; if we withdraw one you have already paid for and cannot deliver it, you receive a full refund.
5. Placing an order
- You select a Product and denomination and supply the Account Identifier where one is required.
- You pay. Your submission is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract.
- A contract forms only when we confirm the Order and begin fulfilment. Until then we may decline it.
We may refuse or cancel an Order where a Product is unavailable, where the price or description was clearly wrong, where the Account Identifier cannot be resolved, where risk screening flags the transaction, or where fulfilment would breach applicable law or sanctions. Any amount already captured on a cancelled Order is refunded in full.
6. Prices, currency and tax
Prices are shown in the currency you select, converted from our base currency at the rate in force when the page loads. The amount your bank finally charges may differ slightly because of their own conversion spread or cross-border fees, which are set by them and not by us.
The price displayed at checkout is what you pay; we add no delivery charge. Where a jurisdiction requires us to collect a consumption tax such as VAT or GST, it is included or shown separately at checkout as that jurisdiction requires. Any other tax arising from your purchase is your responsibility.
If a Product is listed at an obviously incorrect price — a pricing feed error, a misplaced decimal — we may cancel affected Orders and refund them in full, even after payment.
7. Payment
We accept cards, e-wallets, local bank rails and major cryptocurrencies through third-party payment providers. Their own terms apply to the payment leg of the transaction.
By paying you confirm the payment method is yours, or that you have the account holder’s explicit permission to use it. Payment with credentials you are not entitled to use is fraud and is dealt with under section 10.
Cryptocurrency payments are settled at the quoted rate for a limited quotation window. Underpayments, overpayments and payments sent after the window closes are handled case by case and may be refunded in coin rather than credited.
8. Delivery
All Products are delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped and no postal address is collected.
Delivery begins once your payment is confirmed and normally completes within minutes. Expected windows, causes of delay and regional restrictions are set out in the Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Risk and title in a Product pass to you on delivery — that is, when credit reaches the target account or a code is issued to you. If we cannot deliver, the Order is cancelled and refunded in full.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Digital content is consumed on delivery and cannot be returned. By placing an Order you request immediate supply and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal you may have is lost once supply has begun.
You can still cancel an Order that has not yet been delivered by contacting support quickly. Refund entitlements — non-delivery, failed Orders, duplicate charges, wrong Product — together with timing and method are set out in full in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Raise any problem with us before filing a chargeback. A chargeback on a correctly delivered Order will be contested with the delivery record and may result in suspension of your account.
10. Things you must not do
You agree not to:
- Use a stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorised payment instrument.
- Buy for the purpose of laundering funds or moving the proceeds of crime.
- Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit Products without our written agreement.
- Abuse promotions, coupons or referral programmes, including through multiple or automated accounts.
- Use bots, scrapers or automated tools against the Platform, or attempt to bypass rate limits or risk controls.
- Probe, scan, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Impersonate another person, or supply false information to us or to a payment provider.
- Use the service where doing so would breach the law that applies to you, or applicable sanctions.
Breach may result in cancellation of Orders, suspension or closure of your account, forfeiture of wallet balances obtained through the breach, and referral to payment networks or law enforcement.
11. Risk screening
Orders are screened automatically for payment fraud and financial-crime risk. Screening may delay an Order, require a document from you, or cause an Order to be cancelled and refunded before delivery.
We may ask for proof that you own the payment method, or for identity verification, where our anti-money-laundering obligations require it. If you decline, we may refuse the Order and refund it. Our approach is described in the AML Policy.
12. Intellectual property
The Platform — its design, text, graphics, logos, software and arrangement — belongs to ARCTOPUP LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You get a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it to browse and buy.
You may not copy, adapt, reverse engineer, frame, republish or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
Content you submit — reviews, comments, support attachments — remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display and use it in connection with operating and promoting the service. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.
13. Availability of the Platform
We work to keep the Platform available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upstream outages, publisher downtime and events outside our reasonable control can all interrupt service, sometimes without notice.
The Platform and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law permits, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, nor for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or in-game items, however arising.
Our total aggregate liability in connection with any Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order.
We are specifically not liable for loss caused by an incorrect Account Identifier you supplied, by action a publisher takes against your game account, by delay or failure originating with a payment provider or supply channel, or by an event beyond our reasonable control.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ARCTOPUP LIMITED, its officers, employees and agents against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Links to other sites
The Platform may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their terms before you rely on them.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the service, the law or our payment arrangements change. The current version always sits on this page with its effective date at the top.
The version in force when you placed an Order governs that Order. Continuing to use the Platform after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not, stop using the service and close your account.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Talk to us first. Most disputes are resolved in a single email thread, and we ask that you contact [email protected] and allow 30 days before starting formal proceedings.
If that fails, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
19. General
- Severability — if a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the offending provision is narrowed to the minimum extent necessary.
- No waiver — not enforcing a right on one occasion does not waive it.
- Assignment — you may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor of the business.
- Entire agreement — these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy and AML Policy, are the whole agreement between us on this subject.
- Language — these Terms are written and interpreted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English text prevails.
- Third parties — no one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
